Our specialty is doing customized tours for two to four people and individuals or even groups who have special interests or just want a tour that doesn’t fit a standard mold tour. Please choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Pay cash upon your arrival. This method is usually for small tours with small amount of money.
2. Pay credit cards upon your arrival. This method is usually for some tours with big amount of money. （more than $2000）

Can I make any change when I already have started the tour?
Yes, we take last minute booking as well as change. But for the changes, you are kindly requested to pay extra if any losses incurred.

What's your itinerary deviation policy ?
Itinerary Deviations to the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war, fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure all the visits and excursions will be similar. CTS and CITS can substitute the itinerary upon your agreement.

How about the restaurants and vehicles we are going to use?
The vehicles for the ground transportation should be in good condition with A/C. All restaurants is the most popular and famous restaurant. In China, you will enjoy all the meals in top restaurant.

Tour Guide is divided into Standard, Superior and Superfine 3 different levels according to Language level and Work experience.You can make your own choice as per your requirement.

CTS and CITS agrees not to disclose any your personal related information to any third party.

What's your cancellation policy ?
1 – If you want to cancel your order, please inform us by call or e-mail at minimum 3 days in advance
2 – Prior to the start of tour, you are entitled to change or adjust all tour and programmes you ordered.
3 If you want to cancel some item 3 days before tour starts, we shall cancel the item accordingly. But if some costs already happen, we shall charge it into your account.
4 If you want to cancel some item after tour starts, it is ok but sorry we will not reimburse you any fees you already paid. In addition, these fees can not be used for other new items you proposed either. These items include Tour Guide service, Limo service, meals, night programmers and some other special tours requiring booking in advance, for example: Hutong Tour in Beijing, Huangpu Jiang Boat Tour in Shanghai, LiJiang Boat Tour in Guilin, etc.

You may first notify your guide immediately to avoid any potential similar problems from happening again during your trip.If your situation is quite serious, and you want to have a complaint, please kindly send us an email or call us in 30 days at the end of your trip.
