Note:

1 – Quotation is based for one day, that is to say, equal or less than 9 hours. If exceed 9 hours, we shall charge as per over work service charge mentioned above. Less than 9 hours service will be charged by full day charge;
2 – Over time charges will be doubled if later than 9:00 pm;
3 – If you wish to have meals together with tour guide, thank you and please kindly be informed that meal charge will be on your account. If not, we shall charge you additional RMB30 per meal as meal subsidy to tour guide.
4 – Additional 30% will be charged if Tour is conducted in other cities of China than Beijing . Client shall be responsible for tour guide's accommodation, transportation and safety etc all expenses;
5 – For Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Vietnamese speaking Tour Guides, you'd better make reservation 7 working days in advance, especially during Tour Peak seasons like April, May, September and October; It is OK to make reservation within 7 working days but please do check with us for final confirmation.
6 - For Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Italian speaking Tour Guides, you'd better make reservation two weeks in advance anytime; It is OK to make reservation within two weeks working days but please do check with us for final confirmation.
7 – Please call for confirmation. Some special languages speaking guides might not be available in some cities . The price is different from cities and tourist seasons.
